Pranic Healing​

Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s energy processes.  Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force. This vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. The use of specific crystals and colour are used to balance and align the chakras and energy fields of the body.

Reiki ​

The Usui system of Reiki, developed by Dr Mikao Usui is a non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing. Reiki energy, (often described as `universal life energy' or `spiritual energy') is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment. It enhances the body’s natural healing ability and promotes wellbeing.

Spiritual Healing ​

Spiritual Healing is a treatment that involves the transfer of energy through the healer to the recipient. It promotes self healing by relaxing the body, releasing tension and strengthening the body’s own immune system.  Healing is natural and non evasive with the intention of bringing the recipient into a state of balance and wellbeing on all levels.  (NFSH Healing Trust) 

 

Crystal Healing 

Crystal Healing promotes physical, emotional and spiritual healing.  Crystals interact with your body's energy field and chakras creating a positive energy to flow into the body.

Naturopathic Consultations​

Kerrie works holistically in her approach to Naturopathic medicine. She acknowledges that every person is different and that not everyone responds to the same protocols. What works for one person, may not work so effectively for another as there are so many factors that make that person unique.   Therefore, she may use one or a combination of treatments based on the individual needs of the client such as: Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Vitamins, Tissue salts & Homoeopathy.

All Healing modalities are available by distance (remotely) and Naturopathic Consultations can be done by Zoom or phone.
